150 rs charge for a non AC repair room for 1 day , while for an AC room you need to pay 200 rs for a single day. You'll get one bathroom and there is a washing machine too . It includes free fast wi-fi, a big tv to watch , many charging ports. There many shops nearby, for mobile, for clothing, many general stores, many juices shops and many more. For going anywhere you'll get auto's and the CBD belapur bus station and the railway station is also not too far from here. After few months the metro service will alos be there.
Since its a seamen paying guest house so you don't have to think of your belongings to get steal.
There is a garden nearby for a walks.
Mostly All your roommates will be seamen only.
The wi-fi gives a very high speed unlimited internet.
For any problems you can tell that to your roommates they Will inform the owner and within no time that will be sought out.

Wifi nd wash machine avail. Good hospitality good bed but lil bit conjusted in short ..more than the prive we give
