I am posting this again after a couple of years as I really had a traumatic experience here and they made me delete my review due to my ex roommate still living there. Not a good place to live.
The owner of
flat 1101 is really good and I appreciated him being the owner. But the society doesn't let you live in peace.

Even if the owner helps out a lot. The building committee harasses you.

They even made me delete a negative review for a flat of which the owner(202) was psycho. They said if you want to live in peace you have to delete the review.

The watchman is not helpful at all(even though that is a personality problem of the watchman still is not cool). People who rent here have a really hard time to live here especially in the times of covid. I would not recommend living here even if you find the rent cheaper.

It's a tenant's nightmare living here.

Don't even think of staying here on rent, they wouldn't allow any delivery person to enter the society even when you have covid-19. They will not let you use the lift. And they will call the police on you if you don't follow their decisions.

The society wont allow any delivery man inside and if you are busy/ late to collect your order, there is no provision of giving it to watchman. The delivery person has to actually place it right on the main gate where any car will 10/10 times run over your package(actually happened with my food). TRASH SOCIETY.
