The Service Center is only place which is open and working inside K- mall. The service centre is good with friendly staff and with nice seating arrangements and drinking water facility too. Don't get worried or freak-out by seeing the mall the shops in the mall are not opened from many months and parking is available but be careful.

I baught Oppo enco ear pod on amazon last year. recently one side stoped working I called amazon they told me u can visit any Oppo service centre near by you.

I went to panvel service centre within a minute without any argument they were ready to solved the issue. I was told will try and repair if not helped will give you new product. same was updated me on whatsapp.

normally u need to call again in service center. but they only called me from there side in 5 working days. and handover me latest new sealed Oppo Enco air 2 pro it is super. was really satisfied with the service I got without this expectation. all the very best to team oppo at panvel. and I hope soon u get shifted in deserve place then Kmall. god bless you all.

First they didn't respond for call and address as address was not reachable type.I went for my oppo watch free repairing and they after seeing it said you have to wait for 2-3 days we are unable to find strap and all
I was waiting for their next response but.. they didn't respond and one day I was just checking strap and it gets attached only lock was opened nothing happened to the watch they taken my watch for 1 hr and not seen what exactly happened in to it. Great
