I had put on a lot of weight after menopause.
By the time I realised,it was late.
My sugar level went high, I had a fatty liver and always felt tired and lazy.
It was then that I thought of Dr Himangi who is a good friend to me. I had read a lot of her clients reviews and even seen a few friends who were actually losing weight after taking her diet.
I went to Mumbai and met her, and she being a very helpful human being as usual was ready to help.
I followed her diet and lost six kgs in a couple of months.
My blood sugar came down. I feel energetic and am able to squat on the floor and mop. I don’t sleep that long and feel fresh the whole day.
Himangi has made a world of difference in my life.
She is someone who is so caring and empathetic. She is even like that to the animals.
I pray to God to give her a beautiful healthy life bestowed with God’s blessings . I thank God for giving me such a beautiful friend.

Being a food photographer myself it was a huge task for me to say no to delicious food, but Nutritionist Hemangi made it easier with her customised meal plan according to my schedule. When I was travelling she gave me a list of do and don't as well as some healthy food replacements to avoid cheating.
Thanks to Nutritionist Hemangi for the motivation you gave and for checking my food intake each and every day, i lost 9kgs in 3 months and ended up starting some healthy habits which i will hopefully continue for the rest of the life.

Hi Himi,
I had always heard that losing weight is tough and takes lots of time but i didn't know that this journey would be so easy with such a wonderful dietician like you...

I didn't know I had diabetes till we got tested for the diet program…
After diagnosis Himi was soo much strict, we tried to first correct it with nutrition to avoid medicines.
She gave me so many good options and my glucose levels were eventually on track all thanks to my friend.

She was the one who supported and encouraged me...She understood all my issues with a very simple diet. I lost 10 kgs and still pursuing more. Thank u soo much Himangi for being a such a good friend and guide..
