All types of cakes pastries are available here. If you want another type of cake you have to preorder it they make it available.
I had bought rasmalai cake but it was not so tasty.

3 weeks before got 1 kg cake and it was a bit sour . Today I got 3 pastries and they were bad to the point I literally vomited it out while trying to swallow it (2nd biteof the pastry). The staff told me to bring the pastries back but didn't mention how much percentage of cake should be there in the pastry for it to get registered as a complaint. He told me he cannot send it to the company to register it as a complaint. I explained him As it was my mistake I realised the cake was spoilt in second bite but atleast he could try to register the complaint as someone else could get food poisoning or something it was that spoilt but it's my fault i didn't know it was that bad in the first bite itself. The staff asked me to come to the shop in person and write a complaint but I think he should have atleast mentioned to me this while my brother was there at the store he could have done that. I even explained the staff later to try to register the complaint as it's important for the company to understand it could really be unhealthy for someone to consume such spoilt products but he told me he cannot register it and after that he just told me if I want to register a complaint I should go to the store in person and write it. I even told him I don't want my money back or even the pastries and just to register the complaint but nah he didn't he still told me to come in person to the store and write down the complaint

To keep it short and precise - Two things bring us to this franchise (1) The richness and sweetness of the products of Monginis, and (2) The sweet behaviour of the staff.
A combination of these two are more than enough to visit them day after day.
