A Regrettable Fly Encounter in My McDonald's Ice Cream

I recently visited a local McDonald's restaurant with the intent of indulging in one of their iconic (Mcswril) ice cream cones, a classic treat that I had enjoyed countless times before. Upon receiving my order, I noticed what seemed to be a small insect perched atop the vanilla swirl. It was a shocking and unpleasant sight, to say the least. Disappointed and taken aback, I immediately notified the staff, hoping for a prompt resolution.

However, the damage was already done, and my appetite had been significantly diminished. Staff's are good,
When I went only one counter was open but the boy attend well.
Really happy with ambiance and seating arrangement
Only one thing disappointed me is the airconditioner it was not cool enough ????
Over all it was good 4* from my side

Very well maintained outlet. The servers are well behaved and the service quick.

The outlet has entrance from both the mall as well as the road towards station. In the evenings one can seat and enjoy the meal outside of the outlet, there's lots of open space available and enough dustbins to throw the rubbish.
