Beware of buying cardigans at M&S they sell sub standard material! I bought a cardigan in feb 2021. Wore it once and the knitting is coming off! The sale items are even worse. The sad part is if you try buying M&S in a London store the quality is far better. I wonder why the discrimination towards Indians?

Rude staff and horrible stock!
A specific staff had a lousy attitude towards the customers. She was judging people based on their looks and then deciding whom to attend and whom to ignore.
Adding to that, the stock was absolutely below the expected quality. There was a "50% off" section that literally felt like someone bought those pieces and returned them. The store management doesn't even bother to wash it and iron it and make it look presentable (At least for the sake of fooling the customer!). Overall, it felt like the customer is getting exploited just because it's a big brand and all.

a great variety to choose for different occasions
just have to spend a little more but you get what you are looking for
