Have been a jhama customer since years and the sweets have always been very tasty but today's experience at the shop was very disappointing..
I was charged more than 300 plus GST extra in my bill. When I pointed out that I was charged for extra items, neither was I refunded fully nor did they apologize....

Update - I have called up this customer care number several times and all the executives are always busy. It was Sector 17-Vashi store that I had this experience with. Bill No. - 651264, dated June 21, 7:12 pm.

Almost everyone is familiar with the name. Jhama sweets serves fresh meethai no doubts! But it is also very popular for its chaat menu...

Dahi puri and dahi wada is a must try here!!!

Generous amounts dahi is poured!
Der will b no complaints regarding the quantity!

Plus garam garam jalebis are the all time favs too!!!!

Hygiene is top notch! ❇️

Good ambiance.
You can try jalebi it is good and freshly made.
If you want to try rasmalai pre-order it as it is mostly finished by 5 pm.
They have good quality of snack,sweet,cake, biscuits but they are a little costly.
Most of the things get over by evening.
I ordered Pani puri and ragada pattis, they are okay( can try).
Location- It is beside navratna hotel and is not visible from main road.
