InterContinental Marine Drive-Mumbai, an IHG Hotel

I have stayed at several hotels in Mumbai, mostly for business, but this was my first time at the Intercontinental Marine Lines area. It will definitely not be my last as I have already booked another stay for my return to Mumbai in a few weeks.

The staff are the friendliest most competent and effective that I have encountered. Everyone including reception, restaurant hostess and staff, manager, housekeeping and room service were fantastic. Other hotels should train their staff as well as this hotel does. I did not have one negative experience and look forward to returning. Great job!

I stayed recently at the Intercontinental Marine Drive for 4 nights before my onward journey to the south of India.



My overall experience was absolutely satisfactory. From the chauffeur pickup at the airport, the reception at the hotel, the room assignment, the food and beverage service, the hotel restaurants, rooftop-bar to all staff members, everything was perfect.



The management can be proud to have such dedicated employees. My requests as to organize my airport transfers with the hotel limo and various other activities in Mumbai were handled very professionally and efficient.



My room at the highest floor with sea-view was very accomodating. Being an Intercontinental Ambassador for quiet some time I can highly recommend the Intercontinental Marine Drive and I am looking forward to my next stay at this hotel.

Our recent stay at the InterContinental Mumbai Marine Drive was spectacular all-round. As an IHG Platinum member, we were impressed to see how well our status was recognised by the hotel - not something which one might usually encounter when travelling in India. They gave us a suite upgrade and a 2 PM late check-out, which was incredibly convenient for our travel plans.

Throughout our stay, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. A particular shout-out goes to Habiba at L&S Bistro & Pizzeria and Aditi at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make us feel special and welcome.

The room itself was outstanding, with a stunning view of Marine Drive and the bay. The pool area and gym (more of an exercise room) is small but did the job. Dome, the rooftop bar, offers unparalleled sunset views - don't miss it!
