I'm happy to share my experience, One of the best gym in Seawood - Nerul area, High quality machine with supportive trainer's.....and all the inspiration comes from Nitin Surve sir, he is a brilliant man.

I have been going here for about a month now and so far the experience is good!
Steam bath and changing rooms aren't functional but when you compare fees to other gyms you can not complain plus the staff is nice.

IFC… one place I’d definitely recommend a person in search for good gym, in the view of desired ambiance for effective workout, skilled and strategic trainers, well equipped, friendly staff etc…
Speaking of my experience, I am being trained by my trainer Mr. Nitin Surve, I believe I can speak for all his clients when I say being trained under him delivers results with effective performance…
In addition to fitness he also knows and share nutrition diet plan for having good health… creates tailored fitness (weight loss or gain, core strength , muscle building)and wellness plans (medical conditions, diet plans)for individuals and groups and special populations.
