Stayed here for 30 days on a business trip and have to say it is quite alright for the price the rooms are labelled at, especially the deluxe rooms. Sure they are not anything that will blow your mind but definitely a decent value for money. Although the staff is a hit or a miss as some of the staff is pretty nice and cooperative while others are a bit off putting, only in the sense that they look at you expecting a tip.

Location wise it is pretty safe and in an alright spot but since the hotel is literally under a train station you can occasionally hear the rumbling of the train and feel the vibrations BUT they are nothing that will make your life hell. The rooms also have no windows which could be a pro or a con but is dependent on the person's preferences.

Although it says Zomato and stuff isn't allowed, you can, in most situations, order food and have it but they do somewhat expect you to also order food from their own menu which isn't half bad but is definitely very costly. For instance a 40 rupees cold drink bottle costs 80 which is absurd.

Overall a pretty okay solo experience as a guy, the staff has female members as well so women can feel safe to a certain degree and the rooms are also quite safe. I would give it a 7/10 experience.

Everything was good. The best part is the location. Not even a 1 minute walk from Sanpada railway station. Really good room service. The bathroom was well cleaned. The room wasn't very big, but okay enough. The only con is that they don't provide free water, you'll have to purchase it from them.

Room was clean but tap was broken. Had to fix it twice. Also there was issue in main switch due to which AC was malfunctioning. Main drawback of the room is there are no windows at all for any room. So there is no sunlight. And had to keep AC on all the time for ventilation.
