First of all hotel is 20 years old not basic facilities is available like intercom,wifi.. recently i faced very horrible behaviour from the staff of Anandi hote. I am a regular visitor of this hotel because of my industrial visit to ONGC, BOCL and JNPT. Yesterday i went there in evening with my wife for checkin ,his very pathetic and unprofessional staff asked me to show id card of both , i have provided our ids after that he denied our checkin because our sir-name not matched. I asked him to let me talk to ur owner that we are married and we have married certificate too. But he denied and told us that no room available. We thought that to call the police because this is crime to not provide hotel to someone without any reason. I recommend everyone to not book this place , hotel staff is very greedy they want money/tip for every service. Worst experience i have ever faced

Very nice ambience but their speciality is non veg. It's located at Uran and popular among the locals. It offers lounge service too.
