Hello peeps ,
I had joined HSDI in the month of December. I weighed 72kgs when I joined. It’s been 6 months now and I have lost almost 7 kgs weighing 65 kgs presently. Sir takes classes but he makes sure that we maintain a proper diet with the workout which he makes us do. To be honest we all are like family .
This is one of the best institute I have come across.And the best part is seeing my body transform and tone the way I was before I had my kids .
Thanks a lot sir and ma’am for being so encouraging ,enthusiastic and supporting always . Long way to go with you all .????

The instructor is brilliant, the class is a lot of fun and it is great work out!Super fun class, great music and great moves. Easy to follow and the instructor really got us into it.Great class! friendly people, cool studio and (of course) a fab teacher!Fantastic energy and refreshing grooves! Specially Nyaani sir and mahi ma'am you both are excellent????1 hr. completely stress free session.
