Shikha ma’am is an amazing teacher and a wonderful person. I had no training in yoga at all , but with regular practice at Shikha ma’am’s classes , I am even able to do some advanced yoga postures. My flexibility and strength has improved many fold. I have developed a good posture and have received many compliments for the same. All kudos to Shikha ma’am !!

Shikha ma'am is the best instructor and mentor ever i met....to learn from her is not just improve me physically but mentally i push myself to do more than we can ever think....This is one of the best thing happened to me...i definately recommend everyone

Shikha's gym is a place to strengthen yourself.The place is a stress buster .She gives personal attention to all her students and boost their limits to perform well for good health.
