I had attended many of Archanas classes for close to two years when I restarted my fitness journey few years back. Archana is very well trained, understands each and every students abilities ( and disabilities:) pretty well. I thoroughly enjoyed all her aerobic and strength training classes. It is necessary to highlight that I never once got injured in any of her classes, and truly appreciate all the care and attention she gave to her students. During this tenure, I gained good health and lot of positive energy. Highly recommend Archanas classes to anyone in any age grp, and I wish her all the best.

Fitness Coach Archana's classes are awesome. I have trained under her for several years and I can vouch for it. She is an amazing trainer with a thorough knowledge of fitness. Her step and high low choreography classes are just mind-blowing. Every week, we all eagerly look forward to her every class which is a mix of functional, pilate, aerobics, and power yoga.

I, Uma have joined her Aerobics classes .The intensity with which Archana trains is awesome . she motivates all to do their best. Her techniques and patterns in Step and Hi-low aerobics are excellent .One must for sure join her sessions to stay fit and have a great endurance . It's fun and I look forward to her Aerobics classes
