Trainers are very friendly and dedicated to serve their students with full attention.

5 star rating, recently joined a month back, superimpressed by trainers knowledge and guidance, very humble and helpful Dipesh Rasal, Dushan Burle and Vijay Jagtap, all sirs are amazing. First half is warrior conditioning then diff combat styles on different days of the week, good variety, am learning boxing , kickboxing and mma styles, increased my stamina, at 40 plus age renewed confidence. This is a hidden gem for fitness in navi mumbai. Highly recommended, congrats to Sanjivan sir, never met him but management style is good. Clean premises, proper discipline, structured workouts. Plus they have sparring sometimes, and they organize mma events.

I've been a part of the Fit and Fight club for the last 7+ months. Dipesh and his team are world champions and passionate about what they do. They are considerate, patient, and kind and know when to push you. I've tried multiple fitness gyms and programs, but none of them have come even close to this. Energy in every class is captivating, worth your investment, and hands down the best fitness club in Navi Mumbai.
