My experience wasn’t all good.I wanted some recommendations of a good moisturiser. So I called her staff. They said message the doctor and she’ll reply. But i got no response.For the payment of the same consultation the assistant called me thrice in five minutes. I kept telling her I’m doing online payment and in the middle she would keep calling me. But when it came to asking the doctor for a moisturiser they have taken 12 days and still no reply. Only excuses.

Good evening,
This is the very first time I have ever written a review for any services I have received as they were highly unsatisfactory and downright awful. I have experienced multiple crude services from other businesses but it was never as horrifying as this. So please, I implore people to not visit her.
I have never encountered such an unprofessional and unethical doctor in my entire life.
I had researched about the doctor and saw the so-called good reviews, only to receive unqualified services.
I went to for an acne and dandruff treatment and had multiple queries I had wished to speak with her but she hurriedly kept on writing on the file and sent me away, neglecting all my queries, and SPECIFICALLY told me to buy from HER clinic.
I had told her I could not afford expensive products as I am a student and came through my own savings but she disregarded everything I had said and I had to spend 5000rs-/ at this pathetic clinic.
My acne worsened and I tried calling her staff twice but they kept dodging my questions by repeating, "Oh so sorry Ma'am, we can't do anything regarding it, please contact the other number for the doctor that is given on the file."
I did? And what do I get? No response.
Please do not get swayed by the good reviews as this doctor is the most unskilled, negligent, and inefficient I have ever met.
I did not get any resolutions for my problems and I wasted my entire savings as a 16 year old girl, just wanting to start taking care of her skin. I will not be revealing my name as you have disappointed me to a point that I am appalled by your services.

Disappointed. I and my mom have been visiting her since quite long. She gives the same cream to me and her ???? when our complaints are not even same. She won’t even look at your scalp. During consultation I told her about my scalp condition and she simply said it was dermatitis and there was no improvement of my scalp health even after applying and taking meds. So I stopped. After a year or so I went to her regarding my acne and she gave me the same products she gave to my mother for her skin. She gave some extra tubes at first my acne got better but suddenly started to spread down till the neck and back area and during follow up she said this happens it will get better change those extra tubes to some other. During next follow up she said it’s getting better and it clearly didn’t. I told her about my scalp and she said I don’t have dermatitis (again she didn’t check). And that’s when I decided I need to stop visiting her. She is there just to loot money ???? she has tie ups with the medical shop as well. At first I was so happy with her but now simply disappointed even my mom stopped going there. Pathetic

Few good things: Dr. Sneha has a warm personality and is always smiling which makes me comfortable around her.
Although I have mentioned about her negligence I remember there was this incident just once though but still very thoughtful of her. When I told her about my other medical issues she kept those in mind and my rheumatologist even called her and they had a talk about my medical issue. She made sure that I was not given many oral medicine from her side at least.
The staff are good as well. I never get annoyed of waiting for my consultation (firstly it doesn’t take that long) and secondly because the staff keeps checking up upon me.
The clinic is clean ( and they have a cat,lol)

But again not visiting them ever again cuz I don’t find their ways efficient enough.
