Not reliable. Used lab services to get Covid test results for international travel.

Required my Covid test results for international travel. Whilst booking the test, the agent said that they could add my date of birth onto the results and that I would get the test results within 24 hours.

However, during the sample collection our experience was horrible.
The person who came to test us, initially refused to wear an protective overall, saying that he had been vaccinated. This showed the lack of basic awareness on how Coronavirus is spread.
They then refused to add the date of birth, stating that we were lying about having confirmed our requirements and the agent that we'd spoken to earlier was extremely rude on the phone.

After a long discussion, they agreed to add the date of birth. The representative who had come to collect the sample was clearly in a hurry.

After 24 hours, when I had to travel, my reports had still not arrived. The pathology lab had completely forgotten about it.

After calling them multiple times, they finally sent the report with the required information missing and a shameless attitude saying, "we can't do anything, do what you will."

tl;dr Not a reliable lab. The local labs, as many other reviews have stated are much more polite, reliable, and accommodating.

I walked in for an RT PCR / RA sample donation. Happily the receptionist told me that they have stopped collecting at the centre since the last few days. They only collect from homes. Centre collection costs are capped at 500 while at homes it is 800. Sudden stopping is unfair to people.

It's a waste of time to go for tests in Lal path lab. Local test centers are much better. Once the test had been booked and payment made, they forget to contact you for sample collection. To get the sample collected, numerous calls are to be made to the customer care. Once sample has been collected, they make you wait for days for the report. And the customer care number doesn't work and when they answer the calls, they don't respond to any queries. Local pathological labs provide much better service, requires lower effort and charges lesser. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have.
