Amazing experience one should have in lifetime. Thought so many things in a Limited timeline..it was difficult at initial few days buy eventually succeeded to complete all 10 days. Feels much lighter and hit reality so hard.

Ultimate experience of VIPPASANA MEDITATION. It has changed me internaly. Very recommended course. 10 days stay n food provided by center. Nothing is charged to you. Very well managed. You need to observe ten days Nobel Silence without mobile. Experience will answer your all questions. Center runs donations by it's old students. Centers all over world ????.

I decided to attend the Vipassana course for the very first time with absolutely no idea of what the course would entail but I promised myself I wouldn't leave midway. I had firmly told myself 10 days in a lifetime would pass in a flash and it did! I'm so grateful to have experienced the serenity and peace at this center. The amenities kept us comfortable and very satisfied. A perfect oasis to learn how to just be and observe one's self without any judgement.

As you'll read in other reviews the food was simply delicious, this coming from a non-vegetarian who was worried about going on a strict vegetarian diet for 10 days. I enjoyed every meal thoroughly.

The rooms and meditation hall had AC which was a big boon to just focusing on learning the technique since I went in the month of May, peak summer in India. The room itself was a basic dorm with an attached bath with hot water available 24x7 thanks to solar panels installed. Clean and simple. I was pleasantly surprised.

I'd recommend you to allow yourself to experience Vipassana atleast once in your lifetime. You'll thank yourself later ❤️
