Very bad service. 4 days lift not worked during my 7 days stay. Staff very very worst behaviour. Room service and neatness very bad. No power backup also.

Rooms are very congested and towels are not clean…. Location is very good as near to railway station…but too noisy and lot of other activities in room…. not at all recommended for a short stay

Rooms are clean (booked 3 rooms). No cockroaches. 2-3 mosquitoes. Rooms are okay ambience wise, have all basic amenities. Good city view from room number 508. Room 507, water tap needs to be repaired. Room 505 good. Enjoyed our 1 day stay. Staff knows how to host people.
I firstly thought it is a wrong hotel, coz it had spa. But everything is good, stayed with family.
Kshir Sagar Restaurant and Navratna Restaurant are good options for food near the hotel.
Overall, Good experience. Large scope of improvement.
Tip: Don't wait for complementary breakfast.
