Baskin Robbins a brand which i love the most in terms of the Ice creams particularly Mint Chocolate and the cakes. However this outlet the service to normal customer is very bad. The person standing at the counter serves only to the good looking customers with a lot of interest with so called flashy costumes and customers who come to the outlet in premium cars. Rest of the customers are looked down..

Team Baskin Robins, please make your downline team and so called franchise owners understand the meaning of customer service. No one comes to your outlet to have some thing for free of cost.. Ridiculous Behaviour. Less than 1 rating for the specific outlet.

Baskin Robbins is known for its ice-creams but I definitely recommend everyone to try their ice cream cakes. They are all totally worth it.
