I had ordered picture cake. Image was not printed correctly - image was not centered and there was a big white space on the side. Layers of the cake was not binded correctly. Quality of the Baker's Treat cake slowly going down.

Extremely bad experience. Cake was stale. Staff was behaving as if they are paying us.

I visited this bakery on 18.12.22 at around 7.45 pm and asked to give 4 blue berry cheese cake pastries. On enquiring, whether the pastries were fresh or not, the staff informed blue berry pastries were baked yesterday, so he had suggested to take red velvet and choco strawberry pastries(2-2 each). I replied in affirmative and took the pastries to my friend's home. When eaten, pastries were not at all fresh. I felt very disappointed to take such stale pastries to someone's home. I still can't believe, how the staff of newly opened bakery, duped me to take such pastries in order to just clear it's stock. I can never visit this bakery again. Not at all recommended!
