Disappointing! Frustration! Worst tailor experience ever!
After hearing good reviews I went to this place for the first time. Stitching prices are exorbitant, still I gave a suit and couple of blouses for stitching. Delivery date was 10 days layer. I went after 15 days to collect, and to my utter disappointment - they had not even touched the materials for 15 days!
I demanded an explanation, and the sales man Mukesh casually said "pata nahi, kabhi kabhi hota hai". I demanded a better explanation for taking customers for a ride and he had the same casual answer "hota hai".
No remorse, no regret, no sorry, nothing - these guys just take customers for granted even after charging unbelievably high prices.
The owner lady was also coolly watching the drama and didn't even speak a word to intervene.
Finally, I fought and took the materials back never to step in that place again.
I really don't know how businesses survive with such bad customer services in such competitive environment.

I have had some of the best apparel experiences with Babes designer boutique. They helped me with some of the most elegant and regal kurtas for my best friend’s wedding and it’s nothing short of bliss.
