Aerotone fitness studio is the place to go if you want to workout in a fun and non repetitive way.

Dennis comes up with unique, refreshing, and (at times) exhausting exercises which ensures that we get a full body workout. To make it more interesting we frequently use weights, medicine ball, gym ball, mat, step (and a mix of these too) in a single session.

He motivates you to do well and do it right! Highly recommended!

I started working out with Dennis some 4 months back. When I had started, I was slow, not capable of holding weight and would get tired very soon. Due to prolonged hours sitting for past two years I have definitely gained weight. But this person turned everything around. What started as casual, let's give a try session, is now my habit. He is absolutely fantastic at his work. He modifies the exercises for each individual in a batch. He makes you learn the correct form of posture when exercising. He pushes and motivates each and every person whether in offline or in online mode to give their best. My batch has people spread across 20 years in age gap and he beautifully makes all of us sweat out. Hats off and thank you Dennis for amazing sessions. Not to mention that today I am more flexible, agile and energetic.
