It’s been a life changing experience here ! I suffered from the after effects of a knee dislocation and tried physio therapy with multiple professionals but practising yoga has helped me immensely and has helped me in more ways than one.

Renuka is a great teacher and very passionate about her practice which makes it possible for students like us to push beyond.

First of all it is a beautiful space, so you feel good as the door opens.
The classes are designed to suit your level and ability hence Renuka will not stop taking a breather on the mat.

I have done yoga before with some of the best teachers in Mumbai. After reaching Kharghar and attending few sessions with some other yoga classes finally I found advaya a perfect place to expand my practice.
