Nice society. But their is long long long steep uphill walk from main gate to the buildings. If you don't have a car and senior citizens it's extremely difficult walk.

Adhiraj gardens is One of the upscale residential societies of Kharghar. What I liked was spacious combo flats with well spaced balconies & good quality concrete structures. What I didn't like was nasty open car parking spaces which was probably not planned earlier & now the committee has started minting money by selling spaces which were not meant for this purpose. There is no car parking allocated for even few guests which is minimum requirements as per building standard. The society can have more greenery planned around the building to give a soothing impact to residents. Quality of security needs to be beefed. There is enormous menance of strays inside which is a deterrent for the residents.
