My yoga journey with Gitu started in March 2017. Since then my life has changed for the better in so many ways. Learning and practicing yoga with her went on to bring excellent levels of physical fitness and I also gained confidence in myself and developed a positive & healthy state of mind.

Earlier I had lots of health issues, with my back, sciatica pain, menopause issues and all this along with anxiety and constant stress.
Gitu took sincere interest in helping me, constantly motivating me to practice yoga regularly and consistently. She was very patient. She guided me very efficiently thru my health issues and that too without much medications.

Gitu's most impressive ability is to make each session of yoga and pranayam very interesting and engaging. She is very creative and constantly includes new and different practices which makes her classes highly interesting, motivating and always an amazing experience.

With Covid, she began conducting pranayam since last 6 months. Many participants were of the opinion that pranayam is so boring. But she totally changed this perception.
She conducts Pranayam sessions in a very unique and interesting style. It's such an amazing experience with different combinations of pranayam every single day, that I look forward to practicing it daily.

Her sincerity in teaching yoga is stunning. Her passion, love and dedication to each student in the class, is really commendable. She is sensitive and attentive to each and every student in the class. These qualities truly make her the best yoga teacher, I've ever experienced. She is truly gifted, adorable, and I can't help repeating this.. she is simply *"The Best Yoga Teacher"* , ever.

I am truly blessed to have a great teacher, wonderful friend and a beautiful soul like Gitu in my life. ❤️❤️

She is a very good yoga instructor with good and deep knowledge, who guides, observes minutely, corrects and motivates. The quote ' A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning' :exactly can be said about her. She understands individual needs and caters accordingly with variations.

Yoga studio for me is the most beautiful place on the earth. Miracles happen daily here. Gitu is not only best instructor and guru but the best yoga guru . She changed my life! She gives her ???? percent to cure our body illness and motivates us to move towards positivity. All my major illness has been cured. Thanks is a very small word. Pranayama has brought drastic change in me . Gitu has paid personal attention to each and every student . One of the best yoga class. Love you Gitu. All the best and good luck.
