1. They don’t give medicine bill despite asking multiple times. This is against government rules and this store might be selling you fake medicines
2. They take 20 mins to attend a customer even if the store is empty. Reason being untrained staff and lack of supervision.
3. If they dont have a medicine at that store but is available in nearby wellness stores, they will take your details and tell you that they will call you in about an hour, once they will get it from nearby store. But they never do. I have tested this multiple times but I did not get a call even once. Dont go by their word and get the medicine from some other store.

All in all, no medicine bills, possibly fake medicines, untrained staff and false commitments. This is your go-to store if you want to experience any of the above.

Lowering the standaards of wellness for eve this outlet is absolute worst outlet. On 39 degree heat in summer season. This outlet has all Ac switched off. On asking to the person he told over counter we have just switched on that’s why it is off. Wat kind of answer is dis. WELLNESS FOREVER AC HAS TO BE ON DESPITE OF ANYTHING. They have standards to maintain. I would request wellness forever to look into this outlet. And they are very slow with billing and all the products are not available the staff is just no bothered about.

Shameful for not working as per standards.

No need to customer, worst service, customer waiting for medican,staff disscus about personal things , if wellness not possible handle customer plz close u r outlet
