We had Rajasthani thali. Food was tasty and delicious.

I recently dined at Tejal hotel that offered a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes. While the thali was certainly the standout item, the rest of the food left a lot to be desired.

Let's start with the thali - it was absolutely fantastic! The blend of spices and flavors in each dish was just perfect, and I was impressed with the quality of ingredients used. The rice was fluffy, the dal was creamy, and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The dessert in the thali is a perfect add on. Overall, the thali was a real winner.

However, when we ventured beyond the thali, we were left disappointed. The paneer baby corn masala was particularly underwhelming. The corn was not as tender as it should be, and the gravy lacked the depth of flavor that we had hoped for. We also ordered the Chinese bhel as a starter, but unfortunately, the fried noodles were quite thin and just didn't hold up well in the dish.

Overall, while the thali was definitely a highlight, the other dishes we tried just didn't live up to our expectations. I would recommend sticking to the thali if you decide to dine at this restaurant or explore anything else other than paneer baby corn masala and Chinese bhel.

It's a lovely restaurant with a speciality for Rajasthani food which is offered on some days if you take the Thali option, which is a unlimited Thali meaning the food keeps coming untill you want it to stop, I love the dish options and the affordable price of the food. If I am on a budget and want to save time this is the place I come to the food items are fixed for the day and food is served hot. The service is the best part of the restaurant and the service never disappoints. There is also a separate restaurant where you can order food (from the menu options), that is a also a good place.
