1.Very first things trainer's are not certified .
2.they even don't know about some exercises.
3.equipments quality is very low .
4.dumbbells and weights are not sufficient.
I think bohot sari updates ki zarurat hai ... I hope ki Ravi sir & Jagdish sir wo karle... kyuki safety wise dekhe to. Ye ek star bhi nahi banta .
