M more than a month old in Shambhavi and already feel like I have belonged here since long. I love the workouts that Sophia takes. It's a combination of different styles and very effective. Sophia's attention to detail ensures we practice forms correctly giving amazing results, feeling fresh and energized after every workout session. Thanks a ton Sophia for all your efforts!!!

“If you want to see the change, be the change”. Physical change in your body will follow post the mental change. Sophia ensures that you are mentally prepared to take that step and work towards your health and fitness!! She is always around to boost your moral especially on the days you want to give up.
Being a part of Shambhavi makes you feel you are not alone is this journey, there are other woman too who sail in the same boat and are always around to lift you up. You feel connected.

I loved the way Sophia teaches , it is a intermix of exercises with meditation. I had a lot of fun with all the women around esp. in group activities. She has touched and brought change in millions of women's life. She taught us self care, self discovery , brought the hidden talents on the surface to the world. I am glad, to know her.
