Staff is very rude & unprofessional. Went for marriage certificate registration. They didn’t have form. They sent us to random xerox place 1 km away from office for form. Shopkeeper took ₹ 20 for a single form. Staff was very uncooperative. They did not inform the expected time for certificate upon submission of all the documents. They told not to apply online as they straight away reject online applications. The concerned registrar gives date for registration but didn’t provide expected time frame. He does not meet general public as informed by his office staff. Worst experience
