Moreover I have started getting rental income as suggested by management from the very first month of possession

I dont know If Mr Khattar (the owner)is reading reviews but this definitely is for him and the team. Kindly dont waste peoples time by calling them to Nasik and insulting them. Have some humanity.
Also a big advice to all clients looking to buy their property. REMEMBER REMEMBER to negotiate very well they can give a huge discount which they dont give unless you bargain very well. Dont get duped by their talks. You can get upto RS. 600--800 per sq feet. So negotiate if you are buying. And dont buy immediately give them your price and leave it, if they want to sell their project they will come to your price as at all the project is not selling.
