I would not even rate 1, but Google wont allow me to post this.
This is one of the most pathetic service center I have ever been to. I had an issue with my micromax phone and submitted at this service center on 23rd Jan 2017. After several follow ups from my end the technician on 4th Feb 2017 said that the phone has been repaired and that they had to replace the motherboard and the service cost was around Rs. 2500/- to which I agreed. On 11th Feb when i visited the service center the phone was still not in working condition. The technician asked me to wait and he then started working on it. He asked me to enter my login credentials but the device would not accept it. They handed me my phone and the phone would not even start.

This happened not only to me but to 2 other customers who were waiting to get the phone repaired. These guys are huge liars. They initially said that they have already replaced the motherboard which they had not done eventually.

After all these chaos when i logged a complaint at the customer care the executive (Raja) asked me to visit the service center and call them back (worst service!).

I have used several phones of various brand but this is the worst, How did Micromax even authorize such dealers to get the phones serviced.

Very good service.... Specially one executive is very polite and understanding whom I interect at samarth Telecom Name Mobin...

Over all everyone is good and helpful... Best of luck...
