This is a super bad review for richfeel as they took my money and did not gave me the treatment or my refund, the zonal head of Maharashtra Rupali shitap and the customer care head of department Monali Shah wasted my 10 days by denying to give me my treatment or my money. They just wasted my time and my money by just giving me credit note which keeps my treatment incomplete. So plz give me my treatment by coming to my place each month or give me traveling expenses or the equipments or the refund as I never denied for the treatment you did which is unfair and illegal I wasted my 1 lakh so take action on this asap

Getting a treatment since start of august 2020 for hair loss as far now the hair loss has been reduced quiet significantly and hair growth can be seen on positive way. Going through PBT session every alternate week and its helping helping me. Special thanks to Ashwini who took extra care and help me transition in the therapy. Overall satisfied with the treatment.

A very bad service..I tried calling 25- 50 times ..I have paid & clear up all the bills. But still they are not providing a good service . Atleast they should take efforts to answer a person who is trying to call...what type of services you are giving to people...fully unsatisfied ????...last time when they asked for a review ..I have given a good one ..all five stars ,I thought they will really take a concern about it ,& now what type of services they are providing to me ..Feed up????????

Don't ever trust this people they will only fool you .A country where you have many branches but don't know how to deal n talk with the people concern..Whats name of your real authority should file a complaint against you ....this is the way you called it hair care centre ..where you actually provide huge stress to people around ,where kind people like me..have paid up the bills to you..and you are not ready to talk to them to do good for them... Seriously ridiculous????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
