I have visited RAPs Diagnostic Centre Artillery centre Nasik Road on 25.07.21 with the patient for Sonography due severe pain in abdomen after seeing on google that your diagnostic centre will open at 10.30 AM, closed at 03.30 PM. And re-open st 6.30 PM and closed at 08.30 PM. I have made calls to receiption centre but it was not answered. I have also made several calls to Dr More Sir. I have started myself with the patient and reached at 11.30 AM. I shocked to know that todays Sonography will not be done being sunday. If the Sonography will not be conducted on sunday then under which circumstances wrong information was made on the google. Leave it I would like to know as to why customers as well as patient call are not attended by receptionist as well as a responsible Doctor. I feel management of RAPS Diagnostics centre is not good. Hence I feel management system of Bhandari Dignostic centre Regimental Plaza Nasik Road because they have attended the call and I have not visited there. Hence I feel management system should be improved

Apart from technical stuff,they have big mosquitos flying inside the reception area during evening and they are not concern about it at all.
This can enhance transmission of communicable disease like dengue malaria on spot.
Authority should take strict care
