I and my family are buying the specs and shades since so long from the Ramesh Opticians, MG Road. This time I had very bad experience with the owner and the service.
I bought a very high quality branded specs from this shop [Around 4k]. Within 3-4 months, the glasses started getting the scratches a lot. It got damaged so quickly that I couldn't even wear it. I went to the shop and show this to owner. Firstly, he refused to give me the service and told me that its not our issue. His behavior was not at all good. He was trying to blame me only. After a lot of argument, he finally agreed to check with the brand.
After around 2-3 weeks, he gave the specs to me with no quality. I have purchased the glares with anti glare [the blue one]. When I received, it was not the same.
But I dint have any patience to argue with him and decided not to buy from the shop ever.

Very bad experience, I purchased blue cut spects, but within a day its layer fed when I complain next day, they said, "SHETH ji abhi nahi hai, hum kuch nahi kar sakate"
Matlab sirf becho, without any service. Very ruf language.

I had made contact lenses from this place costing 3000, I had given also inspected the same by shop for my lense number, but after receipt I am unable to get result as expected, I had given same feedback but after heavy discussion and with time of 2 weeks shop said, we can not help you and you have to take this and we not gonna refund you... Means a 3000 rupees lenses are in cupboard with no use.. vry bad and very arrogent with lots of reasons ready with shop people. Next time will avoid buying from it..
