This is the honest feedback.. if you work on it then it will be good for patients.

1) Billing u003du003d It takes a hell lot of time.. No systematic management regarding this.. It waste our precious time you should fast forward the billing process.
2) Canteen u003du003d There is no canteen in hospital or nearby area.. No fruit stall as well. Very bad for the patients who miss to bring food from home (specifically hectic for outstation patients).
3) Staff availability is poor. You should have staff for individual patients.. We have to ask for the staff to come and check every time. Ideally staff should come regularly in specific periodic interval.

Please take a note of this and I'll be happy to change my ratings..

Need to repair tap in the washroom room no२.
We are associated with Dr pethe and now with MoC since 2016.We are very happy with treatment
All staff clinical and non clinical are very cooperative and always try to resolve the issues if any
I strongly recommend to avail treatment if somebody needs
