Most disgusting people works here (those specially sitted inside the announcement cabin)..dont even dare to ask for help regarding your journey..they will never answer in proper manner..bus drivers of MSRTC in shivshahi segment drive very rushy that too with out bothering passengers condition.

Uncleaned washrooms and bathrooms...its a humble request to Nashik Municipal Commission to clean those disgusting looking bathrooms immidietly and they create very huge inconvenience to all the passengers..plus they charge 10 Rs. For using bathrooms which is unfair.

@MSRTC ask your emplpyees to help in polite manner...two ticket conductors where so helpfull and they where guiding to each and every person smoothly and politely..

Staff won't respond properly for bus information and too much auto driver problems here. No buses for trimbakeshwar from here . We asked how to reach but no one gave proper info. Then we walked to CBS and we got bus.

You are noted that all buses which are going to Mumbai, Borivali, bhiwandi, Kalyan, panel, Vasai, and Thane in the morning and afternoon have low crowds as compared to the evening. You can try to go in the morning.
