Highly unprofessional behaviour ! I wanted the test results urgently, I asked the receptionist that would they able to give me on time, she said yes ! She said us to visit at 2pm and waited us for 2:45 ! Our Dr left the hospital at 3 ! We couldn't get there in time due to this unprofessional behaviour! Can't even make a report in 3 hours ? I travelled 120kms for the report and they wasted my entire day , dr went home , now I'll have to travel 240kms again for the visit ! Such a shame ! Waste of money , waste of time , waste of diesel !
Never Visit this pathetic location !

Staff is not well trained for collecting blood. I almost suffered unconsciousness due improper handling of syringe by staff

Metropolis Pathology Lab is an excellent place to get the best blood test every thing on time like opening lab on time, good reception and giving good information. Good phlebotomies have several types of quality collection in the lab, such as soft collection, report quality, and reporting on time.
