Calling the service Worst would also be an overstatement for this outlet and the service provided here. The staff especially the one with a handlebar moustache was extremely rude and had ZERO interest in what the customer wants. He suggested extremely gaudy frames and laughed in disgust when we tried to tell him what kind of frame we wanted.

We asked about the durability of the lens and the method to clean them, to which the reply we got was, “just blow off the dust and it should be fine” in a very sarcastic tone.

Not having stock or the customer not liking the frames is one thing but being rude sarcastic and insulting towards a customer is really not acceptable. This was my first experience at a lenskart store and it was utterly disappointing.

Good store but it's a small store so variety is also limited. Staff is good and helpful, they were very busy that day being weekend.... inspite of they were trying to help each n every customer.

Very low level staff work here
This shop does not need costomer, because the customer is despised by the workers here
Workers here do not need work
Workers have no manner of speaking
They consider their personal work more important than customer handling
In this shop there is a worker with a mustache, you should teach him first how to talk to the customer
If so, instead of employing lowly and worthless people, you should give a job opportunity to a needy person, I would like to tell the shop owner that it doesn't matter to these worthless people they will work the other way round but the loss is yours by hiring wasteful people.
