Summary: The ice cream here is ok, but the customer service is horrible.

Details:
I wanted to buy some ice cream cups for some guests at home, and so I asked the prices. The person replied that they had ice cream cups worth Rs. 15 & Rs. 20. I was on the phone confirming the order with my family and replied to the manager (i.e. the guy who was present to serve the customer behind the counter) that I wanted 2 cups, and began to hang the ongoing call.

The manager didn't ask what flavor I wanted, or if I wanted to eat at the place or wanted a takeout, and immediately filled two cups with ice cream. While it irked me I wasn't much bothered by the flavor so I let it be.

However the way the packed the cups was a bit ridiculous. The lid was the cup was just a paper we find on top of readymade ice cream cups, and he packed the cup in the same way by ramming the lid on top of the cup. (See photo attached)

I found it ridiculous because the readymade ice cream cups have a standard size where the ice cream fills the whole cup and the lid covers everything properly. However, in the present scenario the manager ramming up the lid onto the ice cream just damaged the cup, and the whole thing looks unsightly.

(Fortunately spoons were included.)

So now after spending money, the customer has an ice cream that they didn't ask for, looking so unsightly you wouldn't want to present it to your guests.

In short, buying ice cream from this shop isn't worth it, since you might not get what you want, and the taste isn't amazing to be worth the trash customer service.
