I recently stayed at hotel and would like to provide some feedback on my experience. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and clean, which was definitely appreciated. However, I encountered a significant issue with cockroaches during my stay. In just 15 minutes, I discovered five different cockroaches in the room, which was quite concerning.It was disappointing to encounter this problem, especially considering that this was my third stay at property. I had higher expectations based on my previous experiences.Additionally, one of the air conditioners in the room was not working. When I reported the issue to the hotel staff, I was informed that it had been shut down the day before, and I was expected to use only one air conditioner in the bedroom. This response was unsatisfactory, as it did not meet the standards I had come to expect from hotel.Overall, while the room itself was spacious and clean, the presence of cockroaches and the malfunctioning air conditioner significantly impacted my stay.

Worst experience overall . Room service was very slow, staff owner was rude and not cooperative. No hot water available and jet spray not working , shower broken, bedsheets were untidy n dirty, also many cockroaches in the room .The hotel needed to be asked repeatedly for basic amenities like towels , toiletries and drinking water , though we booked for 5 members towels provided were only 4 saying they won't give any extra towels and won't even change the towels though we booked for 3 days . Hotel offers only (poha and upma) in breakfast options which are pathetic and worst quality except tea and coffee so its better to have breakfast outside. I recommend everyone not to book room in this property.

The room is very nice, but it's not clean and full of dust. Wifi in rooms doesn't work, only in the hall. It's a pity 'cause the price is very good for a room in this strategic side of the city!
