Even one is more i will give zero staff do not coporate and in replacement they give used defective product i replace 2 earbuds both replacement unit was defective
In short and replacement they product change but new problem start ????????

I had an issue with my Boat product, and it is the only available Boat authorised service center (atleast for now) in Nasik. It didn't take that much time for my product to get replaced.

I had to give the bill for the product along with the product, and fill a form describing the issue I had with my device. My only complaint is that I didn't get the same color of the device that I had, I had to settle in for a different coloured device.

I later understood that they recieve a stock from the manufacturer and untill that stock isn't finished, you won't get the color you want, and if you are lucky enough, your original device color will be available with them.

I don't know if it only happened with me, but for reference, my product was the Airdopes 281 Pro, which I checked on the official Boat page, and found that they were out of stock.

But overall, it was an acceptable transaction. I have no issues up until now.
