I completed 1year of yoga with Aparna madam, she is a great teacher..i was suffering from hypothyroidism ,insomnia , sinusitis and severe asthama ...my lungs were working only 60% due to which I was on nebulization for 3 - 6 months on and off...with heavy doses of steroids ...i was so weak , i use to stay in bed whole day ...had anxiety attacks ..because I was suffering with depression for almost 6 years ...Aparna mam is so good as a guru ....along with yoga she is also spiritual ...she has the vibe and aura to heal her students ...she is very perfect in her work ..benefits i got after completing 1 year ...i did not take nebulizer for whole 1year ...my allergy sinusitis is under control...i don't have hypothyroidism now ...my reports are normal and the best part is my asthamatic medicine dose is also decreased ..i sleep at night ...I'm more active during day ...there are no anxiety panic attacks now ...I'm more motivated ..happy...healthy now ..i will do lifetime yoga with Aparna mam...I'm so grateful i have her as my Guru.

Aparna is best yoga trainer I ever meet. She is very flexible. Give dedication on everyone. Always positive and energetic. Whenever you will talk with her. You will get positive vibes. Awesome experience. !!!

I have completed my one month Yoga training at Antarang Yogasadhana under the guidance of Ms Aparna and would like to share my feedback for this academy. I got to know about Aparna from one of my very close friends who is also a student and shared very good review. I would like to mention that I am extremely Happy with the teaching skills of Ms Aparna. She is so positive and always so energetic. Though getting up in the morning and joining the online session at 6.30am was a bit difficult task for me in the beginning however now a days I look forward to get up for Yoga session… That says it all…
