I had suddenly developed Lower back pain. On consulting doctor and taking medication for a month.
Dr advised to go for physiotherapy thats when i Visited YourPhysio trimurti nagar.
Within 15 days I got complete relief from the pain and could walk. Stand normally.

My self Dr. Gangadhar Bobde. I am 79 years old. I am suffering from disc problem since 40 years. In the year 1980, I was unable to walk due to severe pain in right leg. Hence in those days sand bag traction ( of 5kg each) was taken for both the legs continuously for 8 days. Since then, I can walk comfortably. Two months back MRI of spine suggest diffuse posterior disc bulges at L4-5 and L-5 S1 levels causing compression of thecal sac. Orthopaedic Dr Diagnosed as polyarthritis or L spondylitis. Since so many years I was regularly walking for half an hour and doing back exercises. No Dr.suggested me for surgery. Since last 1 and half month I was not able to walk as there were severe crams in my left leg. My sister in law told me about Your- Physio as she was also taking treatment for knee problems. She got relief. Hence I also visited the center on 31st July 2023. Dr Mrs.Mundada asked me my problems (online consultation) and She suggested exercises. With the guidance of Dr. Mrs. Mundada assisted by centre Physios staffs viz. Miss Dr. Sarvari, Dr. Suruchi, Dr. Dhanshree, Dr. Ankanha and care manager Priyanka, receptionist Chetna and Rekha,
I was doing exercises at center and now I'm completely relieved from my major problem today the dated 31st August 2023. I talked to Dr. Mrs. Mundada about my recovery. Now She suggested me 3 points
1) 3-4 exercises to do at home
2) regularly walking for 30-40 mins
3) back walking for about 5mins
The staff at center is very cooperative.

I am Dalia Ghosh, i had an ankle fracture on 14th june 2023. I took physiotherapy treatment for 13 days in your physio trimurti nagar. My pain was relieved upto 95%.The staff here was very good and helpful. The environment of the clinic is friendly and clinic is clean and tidy. I will recommend this clinic to others as well.
