I also stay thr for 1 month....owner is 100 % lier.... deposit amount not given back till date ....I am talking about 2020...still he is doing calculations.....just fake person...good reviews written are also surely fake one....

The place VKunj is a excellent pace I stayed in Nagpur,Very hygienic,quick response for any kind of maintenance issue.Had a very comfortable stay(truly HOME STAY). Also got my deposit after deduction mentioned as per the agreement.Fair enough after all have used all the facilities. Owner is a very nice person though arrogant for people who misbehave.Frankly speaking I would rate property 5 Star.

The place is unhygienic and washrooms have sub-par sanitation (during my stay, the washroom cabinet had mushrooms growing out of it, and not the good kind, and yes, the owner totally ignored my complaint going as far as saying that mushrooms are a natural growth and there's nothing big about a few stalks of mushrooms growing out of some place). The owner is greedy, rude, inconsiderate, dishonest, and a perpetual liar. I stayed here for two months and throughout the two months the owner charged me for Wi-Fi but never provided any Wi-Fi services whatsoever, everytime I enquired about the Wi-Fi he said that the building has some wiring in front of it due to which no internet provider has permission to lay their fiber cables there (like I said, LIAR). The owner's dog is a den of fleas and ticks, not to mention the dog has a tendency to steal and rip apart socks and shoes (I lost 2 pairs of socks and a damaged pair of office loafers to the dog's antics). The most important and perhaps the most crucial issue however, is the fact that the owner doesn't return the deposit amount at the time of leaving the premises. Even if you provide a month's notice you'll still have to fight and quarrel for your money back (which I had to do as well and which he still won't give you back) and if (and when) he does give the money back, he'll deduct exorbitant amounts from the actual deposit amount citing electricity bills, damages done, maintenance charges, etc. The agreement he provides at the beginning of tenancy is highly flawed and if you don't wanna be scammed and tricked out of your hard earned money, I suggest you have the agreement checked and verified by a lawyer otherwise you're bound to lose your money, I assure you that.
