Its was a good experience at Singare Netralaya, the doctor and the staff was very polite and caring. I took my niece for her eye examination as she was having a severe head ache and she got an amazing treatment. The staff and the doctor is very patient and understanding even with the kids as a patient. And moreover all the COVID guidelines were followed by the staff as the hygiene was maintained and the clinic was sanitised.

I took the regular checkup and checked my specs number and wasted money, time and faith.
First a lady checked who was not a doctor with machine and then she handed over the slip to doctor. After that doctor checked with different lenses and gave me number and I made specs, but when my specs were ready and I put them on I wasn't able to read a single word & see anything with my left eye, which I am perfectly able to read without specs as well. This shows how carelessly the numbers are take by any lady who is not a doctor but looks compounder and I suffered due to this, as my money is wasted.
When I contacted on hospital number the person received call and told me that I am busy in some weeding function, and after that I did not receive any call and response, which I was told I will get. Please do not play with patients eyes and ruine it for money. The illiterate lady who checked it with machine have done something blunder. Hope doctor will take a look to this and improve service. I will not visit this hospital and recommend it to anyone.
