Shweta’s 3 month weight loss diet plan was very helpful for my daughter in her weight loss journey. She lost 30 plus pounds during those 3 months.

I am so happy I took this decision to try out your weight loss program. Though I was skeptical initially but then your detailed counseling session and personalized program gave me to confidence to take the plunge.
The journey took me from 70.3 kgs to 63 kgs in less than 2 months. The personalized meal plans with detailed recipes helped me bring the much needed discipline in my eating habits, curbed my cravings, helped me loose fat and gain muscles and most importantly gave me a new outlook towards food. The variety kept monotony at bay and made sure nutrition wasn’t compromised.
