So After living more then 3 years still Residing in This Township giving my honest review to help people who are actually wants to invest their hard earn money to get Dream house..
☆let's start with the positives-
1)This one is the biggest township so far in Nagpur..
2) Residents are very civilised and mature some exception are still there.
3)Flats and Township has ample space to roam around.
☆ VERY CONCERNING NEGATIVIES-
1) Dont Trust Property Agents of this area of Township..Do Not Fall for Agent Lies about this Township Flat quality and space.. crosscheck property 10 times and talk to people around when agent is not there..
1) Poor construction quality materials has been used in entire Township..
2) seepage and leakage are the biggest issue in maximum flats due to cheap plumbing materials and cost saving construction material..
3) VERY Poor and Frustrating responds by the Builders appointed Maintenance team..it is hard to get connect with this people when to resolve issue which comes under Builders part only such as seepage, plumbing or electric..
4) Maximum seepage and plumbing issues are unrepairable..
5)Gymnasium of Club house is poorly made with cheap equipments and unprofessional Gym instructors also no hygiene is maintained so far.. (Two ☆☆ Star For well mannered Residents and Space of this Township)

Wonderful township ..!! 24/7 Ambulance service is available...! Township has a swimming pool , gym , party hall , gaming zone , and other amenities..!! Good for rent .!

Shiv Elite Township is the biggest Township in the Nagpur.

'SHIV ELITE’ apartments is a luxurious project constructed by one of the renowned developers namely Om Shivam Buildcon Pvt. Ltd and is being offered in Wardha Road, Nagpur.

Quite near the Nagpur-Hyderabad highway, around 5 km from Mihan which will soon be going to be a house of campus IIM and AIIMS and also 1.5 km from the Metro station.
